To compensate for potential loss of a booking, any cancellations less than 7 days prior
to your scheduled booking date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.  Cancellations
made 8 days or more prior to your booking date, will not be charged a cancellation
fee. If you check your pet(s) out prior to the reserved departure date you will not be
refunded for days not stayed. If you cancel your reservation on the same day of the
drop off date, you will be responsible for the full amount of that reservation.
